We stand behind the quality of our product and service. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quaility of your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Care within 5 days from the date you receive the product. We will provide you with an authorization number and address for return of the product. Within 10 days of us receiving the item back at our location, we will contact you with a determination on how this flaw occurred, or if there is a flaw on our part.
Indeed, we take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, we do not generally proof documents created by our customers prior to processing.
